AACenc32 is a frontend for the aacenc32.dll AAC encoder that comes with
Nero Burning Rom and other programs from Ahead Software GmbH.

A feature that makes this frontend stand out from the competition is that

The user only needs the DLLs aacenc32.dll and NeroIPP.dll that come with the program.
