CNCat 4.3.2 Description:

CNCat is a tool designed for creation. CNCat is easy to install, set and manage.

PHP, MySql and Zend Optimizer or IonCube is required for CNCat functioning. Multi-language support is implemented at the application (the distribution kit includes English and Russian variants).
