CalBook is a room booking and resource scheduling software. Graphical interface shows bookings for multiple resources according to user specified groupings.

Repeat booking feature allows multiple bookings over several dates, times and resources, which can later be modified in whole or in part.

You can send email confirmations regarding individual or group bookings using built the built-in email capabilities.

Reminders can be added to bookings and the program records booking changes and email transactions. Multi-user support allows concurrent access on any network supporting UNC or drive letter mappings including Windows and Novell.
