The Class Scheduler is a tool that can schedule 250 to 600 students, 15 different classes and 15 instructors, to 5 or 10 daily class periods for 5 or 7 days of per week.

It was developed to schedule Adult Day Care activities or classes as part of a Client Care Plan. It also has applications in scheduling students to other types of classes.

You simply define the classes or activities that each instructor teaches during each class period and then use the drop-down menus to assign students/clients to a class or activity each period. The program tracks class sizes as you make student assignments and it creates class rosters, instructor schedules and student schedules.

Scheduling couldn't be any simpler than this.

Since this is an Excel spreadsheet you can add worksheets as you wish to perform other functions such as keeping track of annual vacation days, annual sick days, payroll budget, etc.

The class rosters, student schedules and instructor schedules can be printed and distributed or published to your website if you wish to communicate the schedules to your instructors and students via the internet.
