The CodeGenUtils was designed to be A Visual Studio 2008 add-in with features specifically for code generation.

CodeGenUtils add-in packaged for xcopy deployment -- just unzip into your DocumentsVisual Studio 2008Addins folder (create it if it doesn't exist) and start Visual Studio. You will see an extra Code Generation menu when right-clicking a file.

CodeGenUtils 1.3 Beta Features:

· TransformCodeGenerator v. 2.5 is a Visual Studio custom tool that lets the user perform XSLT transformations.
· Dependency Analyser analyses dependencies between CLR properties and adds missing notifications.
CodeGenUtils add-in v. 1.2 contains the following:
· - Apply XQuery Transform performs XQuery transformations of XML files. note Requires Altova XQuery processor.
· - Merge Files merges several files into one according to an XML specification.
· - Inject inserts files verbatim into other files.
· - Add Code-Behind adds a new or existing file as code-behind of another file.
· - Remove Code-Behind removes all code-behind files in a selection.
