Create Shortcut application was designed to be a small program that makes it possible to create shortcuts to programs from a command prompt or a bat / cmd file. -h Show this helpscreen and don't create shortcut
-o Overwrite existing shortcut
-q Quiet, don't show program information
-l Shortcut to create with .lnk-extension
-p Program that the shortcut should refer to
-w Working directory for the program in Command
-a Arguments to the program in Command

eadme.txt"
