Foreign Window is designed to work together with Google Talk. While speaking with someone, you can open a "foreign window" to show him a small part of your screen.

The window will follow your mouse, so you can show him on real time how to do things, an error dialog that appeared while you were using an application, or whatever you have on your PC screen.
