The HelpBeam service allows a company's technical support team to quickly solve their clients' computer problems by remotely accessing the customer's computer desktop. The support rep can then troubleshoot the computer as if he/she were there with the customer.

The service works through firewalls and proxies on both the support rep's and customer's side so that they can connect regardless of their location.

The HelpBeam Proxy application was designed to support reps and customers connect to for support sessions. It is installed on a computer on your premises. HelpBeam redirects support sessions to that computer.
