HelpBox 3.6 Requirements:

IIS Server
· HelpBox requires a Microsoft IIS server running version 4 or later (recommend IIS version 5 for MS 2000 Server, or IIS version 6 for MS 2003 Server)
· SQL Server version requires Microsoft SQL Server 7 or 2000
· 50-75 MB for the program installation but allow at least 500 MB for database growth and folder structure growth (i.e., attachments, exports, etc.)
· CPU - P-III, 400 Mhz (higher recommended)
· 256 MB RAM (recommend 512 or higher)
· IIS-SMTP services installed for email delivery
Clients
· Internet Explorer version 5 or later with cookies enabled
