IDwhois 1.0 Description:

IDwhois is a small and efficient whois client that runs under Windows system that lets you retrieve registration information for domain names.

IDwhois is using the whois TCP-based query/response protocol which is widely used for querying a database in order to determine the owner of a domain name, an IP address, or an autonomous system number on the Internet.

Unlike Web-based WHOIS clients, IDwhois will be design to be a free open source whois client. IDwhois is capable to lookup more than 130 TLDs from all gTLDs*(.COM, .NET, .ORG...) to most of the ccTLDs* (.DE, .FR, .IT...).
