IT Journal Lite 1.0 Description:

IT Journal Lite is a tool that helps small organizations keep track of requests made to their IT department.

With IT Journal Lite you have the ability to keep detailed information on tickets (requests) and assign that ticket to a specific user. This useful program requires Filemaker 7. If you don't own Filemaker 7, a free 30 day demo may be downloaded.

This is the first version of IT Journal Lite. I've designed it to be an Open Solution giving you complete access to change and customize it for your needs.

However, I am asking that if you download and continue to use it, please pay the small shareware fee. If you have any comments or suggestions about IT Journal Lite feel free to e-mail me with your ideas. I will try to incorporate some of the suggestions in future versions.

IT Journal Lite is shareware. If you download and continue to use the product, please purchase a copy. If you would like to share IT Journal Lite with other Filemaker clients on your network, please let me know and I will be glad to make a version available with filesharing turned on.
