Multiple resource view allows you to see who is available and who is not. You will know when a boardroom is available or if office staff is on holidays.

Resource Management - A Resource is anyone or anything such as a boardroom that needs to be scheduled. You can create all the resources you require and only display those you desire.By combining Resource Management and the Appointment Calendar we have created a simplistic way of scheduling appointments in your office.
