K'Alert 1.0 Description:

Konnech's reminder add-in for Microsoft Outlook allows you to be reminded of calendar events by sending a reminder message to your email, cell phone or local phone.

The reminder is sent if you are not in front of your computer to dismiss the event. Fill out the time (in seconds) in Trigger Condition to define when the reminder message will be sent to you if you do not dismiss the popped up screen.

You can select a Forwarding Action to define how you would like to receive the reminder:
· Send Text Message enables you to receive a reminder message through a text message. Click the radius-box and you will see a drop down menu, then select the service provider of your cell phone and fill in the phone number.
· Send Email enables you to receive a reminder message through email.
· Make Phone Call is a premium feature that is only available when used in conjunction with Konnech's PBX server. This option enables you to receive a phone call and have your reminder read to you using a text-to-speach module. Konnech's PBX server comes loaded with a rich set of Microsoft Outlook Add-Ins that transform Outlook into a complete communication system
