This is the portable software version and replacement for MemoBase. MBase32p needs no installation and no supporting Windows files. Just unpack it in what ever folder you choose and it is ready to go.

It also works when you move your USB or other removable drive to another computer even when the drive letter changes. If you prefer, keep it on your C: drive.

This PIM (personal information manager) can store all of your important information and even encrypt it if you choose. I keep all of my passwords, stock info, mortgage, banking, SS, business and personal information encrypted in it.

You can create new databases on the fly with the click of a button and keep different information in each database. It is easy to open and use a different database that you created (see image below).

You can attach files to records so they become available with a single click when the record is selected.

You can customize your interface with the ability to change colors or select from several skins.
You can select the font as well as size the application to the screen resolution.

With MBase32p, you can add up to 99 records under each letter tab. You can edit, delete and update the records as well. The ability to encrypt and decrypt records allows you to carry important, sensitive information with you without fear of compromise.

You can Attach most files to any record so that it can be accessed with a single click when that record is active. You can also attach URLs so that your favorite web sites are available when you click on the attached link. You can also edit, and delete attached links for files or URLs.

You can quickly search either the descriptions, memos, or attachment links in the database under the 'Search' menu.

The 'Help' menu contains a link to the help file, allows entry of the registration number and contains an about page as well.
