PodSweat uses patented technology, no other MP3 exercise program lets you design your own workout, generate voice instructions, and display your workout instructions on the screen.

PodSweat comes with a library of pre-recorded exercise names using human voice samples, so your workout instructions are clear and easy to understand. You can also add your own exercise names using the inbuilt computer voice generator.

If you don't want the voice instructions simply turn them off and use the text instructions on your iPod screen. PodSweat is FREE to download and use, with the free version being limited in the number of Sets and Exercises. PodSweat Pro is available for a small cost and does not have these limitations.
