Pover 2.02 Description:

POV-Ray was originally created as a command-line program for operating
systems without graphical interfaces.

Most versions of POV-Ray still use command-line switches to tell it what to do. It's not really useable thing, but now you have this utility, thats helps you set many options through nice GUI interface.

Pover is a small and simple program that helps to change many options of POV-Ray Render. So Pover may run render or run to editing.
