· See who created it, when, and all changes made since.

· Has a Product/Service Catalog.
· Automatically assigns Revenue Account, Unit Price, Uom for Sales, Customer Invoice.
· Automatically assign Expense/Capital Account for Purchases, Vendor Invoice.

For Purchases:
· Tracks the Organization Unit and Operating Location receiving the Product/Service.
· Optionally Allows tracking of costs per project, Asset (Tracked Item).

Generates the following documents:
· Shipment based Customer Invoice
· Non-Shipment based Invoice
· Purchase Order
· Customer Payment
· Income Statement, Balance Sheet
· Account Listing
· Journal / Account Spreadsheet
· Security Matrix - Shows each Process Authorized for each Position.
