ProxySel 1.3.08a Description:

ProxySel is a selection and processing utility that will let you select a proxy from a drop down menu. You may import proxy lists in different format and export it back to any location on disk.

The normal way to do is to load a file from any webpage, save it on disk, sort it like you want with eg. with Excel and import this file into Firefox with ProxySel, test the Proxies and rate it. If you are using SocksServer, you have to restart Firefox after each swap!

NOTE: To use the TOR feature, you have to install TOR from http://tor.eff.org first.
