Realty Mailer 1.0 Description:

Realty Mailer is the first tool of its kind ever designed specifically for realtors to assist them with the tedious tasks of editing pictures, emailing clients, or doing both at the same time.

Realty Mailer allows you to change the imaging format to one of five popular standards. These standards are Bitmap (BMP), Graphics Interchange Group (GIF), Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPG), Portable Network Graphics (PNG), and the Tagged Image File Format (TIF).

In addition, you can edit pictures to look the way you want them by using the advanced picture editor. This allows you to crop, resize, rotate, sharpen, smooth, brighten, etc.

Did we mention that all changes take place in real time? Well they do and that means that what you see is what you get. If you decide to change the format of an image to say for example Gif, you do not need to save the image to your hard drive to see what it will look like. Realty Mailer gives you a real time preview while never modifying the original and when you click send (if you choose to email the picture) the real time image you see will be the one that is emailed.

In addition another custom page allows you to send attachments to clients and maintains an address book to save you time the next time you send an email to that client. Realty Mailer will recognize which attachments are photographs and which aren't and includes special support for picture editing.

For those who still choose to send photos to MLS using email, custom support is included that simplifies this process. No need to manually rename the photo to the MLS number because Realty Mailer does the renaming for you. Realty Mailer is so customizable that you can even rename the photo to another name, not just the MLS number. However, special error-checking support is included if you choose to enable MLS number checking.

Have hundreds of photos that need to be resized / reformatted? No problem, Realty Mailer includes special support for resizing pictures in bulk. Simply pick which directory or even directories contain the pictures you wish to edit and then choose the size and format you wish to resize them all to, click a button and your done!

How easy is it to add pictures for editing to Realty Mailer? Even easier now that we have added built in support to the Window's right-click menu. That means you can find the pictures using Windows, right-click on the pictures you wish to edit, click another button, and poof, there they are in Realty Mailer ready to be edited.
