Once RCR is installed on your client's computer, the program will allow them to connect to you and your server. Once connected, you have the ability to view/kill processes, upload files to their PC, control their desktop (as if you were on it) and even reboot their PC and have it automatically login, connect to the internet and connect back to you! They don't even need to be in the house! Very useful when repairing a PC as reboots are always inevitable.

RCR has been used to remotely repair 100's of PC's before finally being released to the public in 2005. Version 1.4.31 has now been released and is compatible with Windows Vista. Please note Vista's security will prevent the automatic logon and startup from reconnecting. However, all of the other functions are still available.

Finally, you are able to access a computer remotely without them having to know their ip or how to disable that firewall!
