Shape FX1 comes with a dropdown loaded with many pre-built effects / preset settings. This makes Shape FX1 easy to use: simply select any of the presets to create an instant shape. The settings can then be modified further to create truly unique and wow designs. A great starting point for path creation

Shape FX1 can instantly turn any path into a symbol, use this feature to create a huge resource of pre-built shapes stored in the symbols palette. The symbols can then be used in symbols sprayer as well as in animations.

The shape's points can be modified in many ways, shifted and transformed, creating truly unique weird and wonderful shapes.

Shape FX1 is based around 8 points but the point creation can be removed, creating paths with 7 or 6 or less points but still based around a core shape structure. Use to create truly unusual path designs. The plug-in can also randomize the creation of points, use to experiment with 1000s of different shapes designs.

Use the interpolation and path direction point features to create truly extreme warped and unsusual paths based on a standard cross diagonal shape.

Shape FX1 can create a single shape or multiple shapes in seconds. Using the placement features, the shapes can be scattered randomly throughout your open document creating stunning shape backgrounds. The placement features also include options to create stunning row and frame designs or simply just place multiple shapes on top of each other creating wow abstract art designs in seconds.

The shapes can be rotated and scaled. The rotation and scaling can also be randomized. Combine this with multiple shape creation to create abstract art designs, weird and wonderful layers. The shapes can also be combined using the pathfinder tool to create unique multi-point creations.

Create the shapes using the normal fill and stroke, or if you wish, Shape FX1 can apply a variety of different sketch and scratch strokes to the design. Make the design look like an illustration or pencil drawing or ink sketch. Or use the sketch feature to add blurring and jitter to the path

The shape path takes the current fill and stroke. However, the plug-in can randomize the color of the fill and stroke, useful in combination with multiple path creation. The fill can also be randomized based on the current swatches palette so if you have a variety of gradient fills in the palette, all the shapes can be filled with those.

Styles from the graphicstyles palette can be applied to the path randomly. Use to create sketch or 3D styled shapes as well as Photoshop blur effects and others

Automatic drop shadows can be applied to the generated paths. The shadow paths also can be randomized in direction and color and opacity

Automatic random warping of the paths can be applied using the standard Illustrator envelopes. Use warping to create 1000s of different unique warped shape designs.

Many different jitter and randomization buttons are available. The settings can be set to the extreme and everything in between. Jitter features also allow for subtle changes to the existing settings, allowing you to tryout a huge range of different designs

All the generated shapes are royalty-free, use the designs in any commercial or non commercial work. Even use to create logo trademark designs

Shape FX1 set also comes with a bonus plugin 'Warp 10'. The plug-in can be applied to selected paths such as text or symbols or shapes. The plug-in can be used in combination with shape FX shapes as well, creating 1000s of variant designs

The warping plug-in uses the standard Illustrator plugin envelopes but instead of just applying them once, you can apply them repeatedly within the plug-in to stretch and distort and liquidify any path in 1000s of ways.

Warping can be controlled or set to randomization. Warps can be applied as an arc or twist or you can set the path to random warp so repeat warpings can be any combination of 15 warping envelopes. The settings such as bend and distort can be set or set to randomized.
