StorageQuest ShadowCopy allows you to backup files that can normally not be
copied.

This application will allow you too copy locked database files, Microsoft Outlook mailbox PST files, and most other files that are normally impossible to copy or backup.

You can use the software from the command line by running the following:

shadowcopy [/y] source destination

Parameters:

/y - Always overwrite (optional)
source - the open file to copy
destination - the destination file to copy

Alternatively, you can use the Windows GUI to set your source and destination
files manually. After the copy is completed, the software will exit.
