Total Commander CD/DVD Burning Plugin's main purpose is to make burning DVDs and CDs as comfortable and easy as possible for Total Commander users.
From version 6.5 on, Total Commander offers automatic plugin installation. Simply "execute" the Rar file containing the plugin, and TC will ask you if you wish to install it. Confirm the query, and choose the directory where TC should unpack the plugin files. The plugin will then automatically be registered in the TC configuration.

To install language packs, simply "execute" the Rar file containing the pack, and confirm the query whether the existing plugin should be overwritten, by pressing "Yes!". Nothing will be overwritten in fact, but the documentation will be unpacked to the same directory as the plugin. TC only "thinks" you wish to overwrite an existing plugin.

Unpack the plugin Rar file to a directory of your choice. Go to Total Commander's configuration screen and choose the Operation page. Click on the Filesystem Plugins button. Click Add and navigate to the directory where you unpacked the plugin. Choose the WFX file. Confirm with OK and the plugin is registered in TC.

To install language packs, unpack the pack Rar file to the same directory where you unpacked the plugin itself.Press ALT-F1 or ALT-F2 and switch to Network Neighborhood. You find the plugin under CD/DVD Burner there, with a golden CD as icon. Switch to the TCBurner directory, and the plugin will be initialized.
