It allows you to define profiles, which describe the source and destination folder you wish to synchronize. There are several other properties, including: Specific wildcard specifications (*.*, for instance) to filter which files are included; specific subfolders and wildcards to exclude; and whether you wish to only synchronize the files in the source and destination folders or to also include all subfolders.

WorkBase Sync displays the results of folder comparisons in the WorkBase Sync Dashboard. This provides an 'at a glance' view of which files are New, Missing, Newer, Older, etc., and allows you to immediately syncrhonize the contents of the source and destination folders. Although builtin synchronization methods are included, you can create custom sync methods which allow you to confidently sync folders without worrying about what's happening 'under the covers'.

Additionally, the Comparison File Display displays all of the files, showing the
full path of each and its status. From here you can inspect each file's attributes, compare them in an external file comparison utility, and of course copy, restore, or delete them.
