Workspace Translator is a program that was designed for helping you to translate ARC/INFO workspaces between the PC and 7.x formats. The program is supplied as two versions: wkspcvt.exe which is the command line version and wksptran.exe which is the GUI version.

Both programs have nearly the same functionality but the GUI version offers more flexibility. The command line version uses default settings for the translation process while the GUI version allows you to change those settings.

Stand-alone executable that translates a PC ARC/INFO or ArcCAD workspace into an ARC/INFO Version 7.x workspace or vice versa.
