Either drag and drop it from the new X2Net BrowserPal Explorer Bar that you will find in Internet Explorer, or right-click on an entry field in Internet Explorer, select the new X2Net BrowserPal>>> menu item that has been added and a new menu will pop up, with a structure mimicking exactly the folder/subfolder structure you created.

Navigate through your menu structure to the item you want and select it and it will automatically enter it into the form field for you! In both cases there is no need to swith away from Internet Explorer to get your data, it is a seamless operation.
