If you want your child to be able to use the computer for one hour just click the button for "One Hour". If you want the child to use the computer for a set number of hours then just enter the number of hours you want them to use the computer.

If you want to use your computer and don't want to be restricted to a certain number of hours or time range, then simply select the continuous mode.

You don't have to worry about Windows Users and Groups because the settings you use with XP Lockdown apply to all users.
