Zipfocus is a small, portable, zip viewer/reader/extractor suitable for general use or the restoration of backups.

Zipfocus 6.2.02 Features:

· Zipfocus is suitable for all versions of Windows (95/NT4 onwards).
· The download package includes an installation program to add context menus and shortcuts but Zipfocus can operate without installation e.g. on a floppy disk or flash drive.
· Choice of overwrite modes.
· Choice of extract modes.
· Select individual files to extract.
· Creates directories as required.
· Fast decompression.
· Maintains an extraction log that can be inspected if problems arise.
· Progress dialog permits extraction to be paused/resumed/cancelled.
· Supports standard encryption. Five password attempts are allowed by default.
· Supports environment variables in file names.
· Displays the archive comment (if any) below the About information.
· By installing a language file, dialogs and messages can be translated into other languages.
· The executable program is less than 60KB in size.
· It shares a common code with the Zipfusion Self-Extractor.

Zipfocus 6.2.02 Limitations:

· Only type 0/8/9 (stored/deflate/deflate64) format zip files are supported.
· Only standard zip files are supported.
· Zip64 files (required to exceed 2 GB limit) are not supported.
· Only standard encryption is supported.
· AES encryption is not supported.
