I'm trying to download the free tool EzChinese pinyin 1.0. I've tried a few times, all I get is a file that apparently is 0 kb, & when I try to open it (it's setup.exe) a box says it's not a valid win32 application. I'm using Vista home on a reasonably new laptop (18-24 months old, Dell)
