myWordCount 1.04 Description:

Writers can improve their writing by using myWordCount to count all words and phrases in their MS Word document. Each occurence of the word or phrase is counted and displayed in a sortable table. You can simply click on a word and the tool will highlight all occurences of that word or phrase in the document. In addition, myWordCount also displays all sentence lengths to find the long and ambiguous sentences.

A graph will show each sentence according to length and will color-code sentences that are similar in length to the preceding sentence. All lists and graphs can be sorted and written to a separate document to allow you to produce printed reports for each document

myWordCount facilitates examining your documents for word, phrase, and sentence usage. This phrase and word frequency counter is extremely helpful to help find repetitive words and phrases, or long sentences.

· Sentence length counter. Count all sentences and produce a graph of all sentence usage by sentence length. You can then view the document and easily find long sentences or sentences that are similar in length near each other.
· Produce a printed report off all tables of word and phrase usage, including the sentence length graph.
