AllGraph has the following characteristics: selection mechanisms and specific subgraph manipulation methods.

A subgraph can be transformed in one of the known structures (star, path, cycle, clique, stable set, complementary subgraph).

For a subgraph it can be obtained a perfect copy or a copy that keeps the connexions with the complement graph.

Operations aplicable to a graph: the construction of the adjacency matrix, the cost matrix and the incidence matrix, the determination of paths that have minimum length or cost, depth or breadth first search trees generation, minimum or maximum cost spanning trees detection, connected components or strong connected components determination.
